What can we say - an absolutely fabulous place for a holiday. The house is fully equipped with everything you will ever need.We appreciate the hard work that goes into keeping the high standards we found.We know the house is a real labour of love for Kieran- it just shows. We had a busy time- We visited Carrick on Shannon,Arigna mines (The highlight of our week)Lough key forest park (lovely walks),a concert in the Coleman centre (great entertainment)and King house in Boyle.We ate in the Crossbar and Teach Murray in the village, both very good.We visited Gilligans world a great place for kids.See you next year (if not before) Matthew,Marion,Natasha,and Pippa (Springer) August 2011.

This was a fantastic expierence we had staying here! Thank you so much Kieran for making such a wonderful farm cottage come to life. We have stayed at numerous self catering houses/ flats/ cottages around the world and this is by far the most welcoming, relaxing and peaceful!

This property has been a real find - after 25 years of renting houses and cottages for family holidays throughout Ireland and Britain.This is the best maintained and presented house we have found in Ireland and only equalled by one in Scotland.As a family we have a policy of never returning to the same house but in this case we will make an exception. I have never reviewed a property as highly as this,never recommended one to so many friends and aquaintances in fact I hesitate to do so now because I fear it will never be available again when I want it. The sheer beauty and peace of this cottage is a welcome and much needed break. It has been the best place we have stayed in so far in our three month trip.
