The balance is due two months before the commencement of the holiday.

 Arrival and departure times.

Arrival time is normally from 3.30pm. Departure is normally by 10.30 am.

I try to be as flexible as possible and meet the needs of my guests so

If other guests are not arriving on the day of your departure you are welcome to choose the time you leave.

Likewise if other guests are not departing the cottage on the day of your arrival you can choose to come earlier.

 Meet and Greet.

I meet all of my guests myself at the cottage on their arrival. I like to show guests around the cottage and grounds and to tell them whats available in the village. On the very rare occasion that I cannot be there to greet an arriving guest my caretaker will be on hand to give a warm welcome.

 What to expect.

The cottage will be fully prepared for your arrival clean and spotless. Beds will have been freshly made up,Towels and tea towels provided.Turf baskets filled for both the open fire and Stove, and fires lit. A welcome tray with a freshly baked apple tart from a local bakery.

Well behaved pets are welcome and there is no charge for bringing them. There are however a few reasonable rules.

Only pets that I have been notified of in advance are allowed to stay.

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

They must not be left unattended in the house. Pets get agitated and upset when this occurs.

Owners are expected to dispose of pet waste in the bins provided.

In the vicinity of livestock dogs should be kept on a lead and under control.
